Based on the approved spec book, we’ll obtain subcontractor and vendor bids and share an overall budget for your approval. We’ll also provide you with a personalized timeline for final decisions across the project—so you’re in the loop and we stay on schedule.
Unlike many independent contractors, we’re not a “one-man show”—our full-time staff of experts is at your disposal. Committed to transparency and communication, we use specialized software to track scheduling and provide a detailed financial snapshot each month. We also stay on top of insurance and lien release—so you don’t have to.
For us, home building is a white-glove service. We handle all aspects of construction, serving as the point-of-contact for all subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and inspectors. We’ll be on-site daily, ensuring all work is done exactly to your specifications, using advanced techniques and materials of superior quality.
Our comprehensive project completion process includes a full inspection from an independent home inspector and an in-depth walk-through with our lead builder and other key team members. Upon move-in, you’ll receive a detailed close-out package that includes all contracts, invoices, releases, city documents, manuals and warranties, as well as photographic documentation of the project’s evolution.
Our partnership doesn’t end on move-in day. With Advanced Building & Remodeling, you’ll enjoy a full-coverage warranty for a year following your home’s completion, as well as a two-year electrical and mechanical warranty and a ten-year structural warranty. We also offer an optional turnkey maintenance program that takes ongoing maintenance off your shoulders—so you can enjoy your new home, worry-free.
